The Human Resources Department's primary role is to support the City of Palm Springs organization by providing all the necessary services related to human resources management so that municipal services are delivered to the community without delay. The department plays an instrumental role in supporting the organization's goal of providing excellence in public service.
Our mission is to contribute to the further development of the City as a high quality organization through the development and implementation of Human Resources policies and programs aimed at enhancing individual and organizational effectiveness.
